Palo Alto Government

Blue amber is more rare that the two yellow varieties and three varieties of Amber can be distinguished from each other by smell (the Amber can be burned as incense). or Southern District. This district contains three sections: or section of Palo Alto. Amber from Palo Alto is almost all yellow, contains considerable debris, is quite fragile, very fractured and contains when less than 10 times more insects than amber of the North District. It melts into a different form of amber from the North, and smells almost like amber in La Toca. There is very little black amber. Even though there were small quarries in Palo Alto Government many years ago, all amber in the region is obtained through a mined by hand. Toque is located 4.5 km to the long heading from Palo Alto and both mines are just under a sandstone mass, suggesting that the two localities may be included in a same stratigraphic horizon.

or section touches. The amber in this section is the most varied, including some of the best and worst parts of amber, but it is usually pretty hard, not very fractured and it contains more insects and vegetables than any other section amber. Red amber is also located here, even when the Red coloration is a surface oxidation whose cover can be polished, leaving the yellow amber underneath. In periods of great production, almost 300 pounds a month of amber were produced in La Toca. or section of burnt stick. Amber of this section, even though it contains very few insects and a few vegetables, he is considered the best amber of the country, which is due to that usually is clean, with very few fractures, quite hard and little fragile. It exhibits small patterns of wavy with some traces of colour type and it shows a great variation of colors that include red (also that smells better).
